Prior to launching Jay's Tech Restore, my professional experience encompassed diverse roles in the IT field, including IT helpdesk technician, IT helpdesk coordinator, and IT Manager at reputable companies in the San Francisco Bay area and my hometown of Merced. Accumulating over a decade of industry expertise, I sought a new direction—a venture that could have a lasting impact on my local community. With this aspiration in mind, I founded Jay's Tech Restore, aiming to assist you, my community, with all your technological needs while fostering a culture of repair and restoration.
